Visually, the site provides a green
break in the built development, with important green
views from nearby roads and footpaths and many distant views from
the A3 motorway, the southbound railway line from Raynes Park and Cottenham Park. In addition, the open land has for many years provided local schools and clubs with space for a wide range of sports and recreation. The footpath provides local residents with a link between different parts of the neighbourhood and a short cut to the main bus route. Click on the navigation bar to the left for further details. |
